Visa Support Letters

In accordance with IEEE’s guidelines, visa support letters will only only be issued to:

• People the committee knows,
• Speakers/Presenters,
• Committee members,
• Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.

Visa letters will be delivered by fax and state only the facts:

• the conference title, dates and location,
• whether the requester has paid the required registration fee in full,
• whether the requester is either a committee member, speaker or presenter.

If you need a visa support letter, please send your request by e-mail to the CSMR-WCRE 2014 General Chair and mention:

• your name and e-mail address,
• you IEEE and/or ACM Member Number, if applicable,
• whether you are a presenter, speaker or committee member for this conference,
• whether you have paid registration fees in full,
• a fax number to which the letter will be sent.
